I received this product with no micro soft code, due to illness I was unable to attempt load it into my computer for aprox. a month. I don’t think I will order from Amazon again. Ripped off again by mail order. Pat Kennedy

I have been buying the Microsoft Works Suite for many years. It had handled all my home computing needs. I last bought the 2006 Works Suite package and decided since I hadn’t upgraded it in a while I would get the latest copy of the software (Works 9).
I did not realize when I bought (and opened) the software that the 800lb Gorilla had stripped out MS Money, MS Encarta and MS Streets & Trips from Works. Now the Gazillion Dollar Corporate behemoth has multiple versions of Money, Encarta, Streets & Trips all for many more bucks than Works used to sell for. In fact, there’s so many versions that now I’m completely confused about what version of software to buy. It’s almost as confusing as the dozens of versions of MS Office they are selling. It’s almost as frustrating as their 4 gigabyte RAM hungry VISTA garbage operating system. It’s just one more reason to throw Microsoft and the PC in the garbage can and buy an Apple with Leopard. Boycott Microsucks!

I Thought I ordered A blu-ray version of this movie.That’s not what I received.Its to much trouble to return it.

As I previously conveyed to you, thie third party seller sent Microsoft Works that was licensed only to be sold with a Dell computer. When the seller’s response to my complaint was not satisfactory, I contacted Microsoft who asked me to send it to them. Since then, the third party seller emailed me that he was sending me another disk with a piece of hardware(???) and asked that I notify Microsoft of that. I have received nothing and will not notify Microsoft of something that I have not received. At this point, I have not received the correctly licensed program that I paid for.

The MS Works9 CD started to install, doing all the preliminay things, but, when it came to “Installing” a window came on saying it was canceling. You very generously sent a replacement, which did the same thing. I cannot get it to work!! I have returned the original CD.
